We treat the information shared with Rec Revolution carefully and use it only to provide relevant recruitment insight and support.
Information we collect
We may collect contact details, company information, and recruitment-related information supplied through our review process or during a working relationship.
How we use information
We use information to provide recruitment intelligence, communicate with you, improve our services, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Assessment and AI-assisted reviews
The short review uses your selected answers and any company name you provide to prepare an AI-assisted recap. Company research uses the company name, industry and public website you choose to share. We use OpenAI for these AI features. Public-source observations are separate from your self-reported answers and need checking in context. The full assessment is saved to your account; its completed reports and your contact email are available to the Rec-Revolution team so we can discuss the findings. We email your assessment documents to your sign-in address.
Optional website analytics
If you allow analytics, we measure pages visited, clicks, sections reached, scroll depth, time on assessment questions, backtracking, changes to selected options and which next step you choose. This helps us improve the website and assessment. Events use a random session identifier and may include broad device type, referring website, campaign source and country. We do not put names, emails, typed answers, passwords, sign-in codes or the company name you enter into these analytics events. We do not make screen recordings or record keystrokes.
Detailed analytics events are retained for 90 days and are accessible only to authorised team members. These analytics are provided through our own site, hosted on Vercel with database storage on Neon. You can decline analytics and still use the site, forms and assessments. Use the “Privacy choices” link in the footer to return here and change your preference below. Your choice is remembered for 90 days; a tracking session resets after 30 minutes of inactivity.
Service providers and essential storage
Vercel hosts the site, Neon stores submitted account and CRM records, and Resend delivers service emails. Essential sign-in cookies keep your saved work private. Your analytics preference is stored separately so we can respect your choice. We keep contact and assessment records for as long as needed for the enquiry or working relationship, subject to applicable retention obligations.
